Placed an order in store for a pair of extra long jeans as it is not a stock item. I was asked to pay for goods provide contact details and to collect in store at Talbot Green on Mon 9th Jan 2012 (promptly) only to find my order was cancelled straight away.
No Common Courtesy to the customer to notify me the order was cancelled as there was no stock.
Ridiculous staff questions included:-
Did I want my money back ?? Umm let me think about that one. You shouldn't of took my money in the first place if they could not honour the sale.
Do | want to re order?? And waste another trip to the store when there is no stock avalable.
Store customer service zero
Directory customer service zero
Won't be shopping there again. Still no proper apology good riddens to NEXT.
