The first and probably the last time I order from next on-line as they unable to guarantee delivery by the specific time requested so makes it impossible to schedule anything. Spoke to customer services to discuss this and were unhelpful and told me to wait until the end of the day.
Most other companies I know either deliver on time or advise if they will be late, and their customer service members also help to find out why there is a delay in you receiving your order.
Is it me or is this a complex task for next.co.uk?
Clearer guidelines are required on their delivery policy so people are not left feeling frustrated and annoyed!
