i ordered an item from next online, if you order before 9oclock at night you get next day delivery, next day it arrived but i didnt like it, i arranged an uplift for the return of the item, were to come on saturday, i stayed in all day saturday and they didnt come, i waited until sunday night then phoned, obviously a call centre, they arranged for it to get picked up today, stressing that they couldnt give me a time, ok said i...anyway stayed in again the whole day today and guess what??? they still havent come to collect it, to say i`m angry is putting it mild...i`m just off the phone to the same call centre....dont know if its in india but i have spoken to a few foreign people tonight then get put on hold for 10 minutes to which i bloody hung up
So a word of warning to any potential next online customers the delivery is fine but bloody hellish if you want to return an item
