I bought a scarf from net a porter and I had some trouble with the delivery and finally asked for a re-delivery for a different address. The customer service is good and said sorry for my inconvenience.
But I hate the fact that the action regarding my package is too slow. They said that they will arrange a re-delivery but they haven't give me further infos and it hasn't arrived yet.
