“Forget about Price adjustments”

If you purchase something and it goes on further sale, forget about price adjustments. Unlike some other US online shops with excellent customer service, they will not give you a price adjustment. Also with a hefty 69 Euro international shipping charge, I would say skip this site. (read more)

I recently ordered an awesome pair of pumps from mytheresa.com but they were too big! I called Customer Care who were very helpful and understanding. I exchanged them for a smaller size which I got within a few days! I loved the fact that the delivery was so quick (only 2 days) and that I can shop in US dollars.
