“disgused with customer services”

i ordered several item's & two weeks went by & still nothing no word from them at all. i soon recieve an email asking me to review the items i'd purchased!
i hadn't been delivered anything so i phone immediately, & am put on hold for half an hour. disgusted by this & the fact that i had no goods i'm quite ansy when i finally get through to someone who was a complete & utter disgrace. she did not once apologise & couldn't tell me what had happened to my order. i then got cut off.

i phone immediately back, i'm fuming by this time, & am put on hoild for 10 minutes this time. i finally get through to someone & go through the entire conversation again, to be told they have my package as it was delivered straight back to their depot!!!!

what?? well apparantly the hermes delivery driver had not even attempted delivery of my goods & sent them straight back! the cheek of it. i demand a refund & two days later paypal tell me i have a partial refund????

i check in my account & sure as eggs are eggs they have not fully refunded me.

again i'm back on the phone on hold for 20 minutes this time & when i explain everything the person at the end of the phone is not polite she doesn't even appologise.

she tells me she will put a note on screen & ishould be refunded within 5 days.

i absolutely do not recommend buying online the customer services are a complete disgrace.

i am disgusted with the over all service i havce recieved & will not be buying again, & i DO NOT recommend it.
