I ordered some items (5 in total) from their site, and all was well.
A few hours after receiving confirmation, I got an email saying that before they were able to proceed with the order, I had to send them an email with a scan of the following documents:
- Copy of my credit card;
- Copy of my ID-card (recto verso); and
- A justification of my home address (by sending them another invoice showing my address).
I tried to contact them to see what was up because no way I am going to give them these documents. No reply, but the website still shows my order as confirmed.
Impossible to contact them to figure out what has happened or will happen now.
