You'll definitely lose money if expecting refunds

I ordered few DSquared items through order no. 3003933. I had some conditions for shipping which they could not comply to which is understandable and we agreed on refund.

First they took quite a time to process refund though they sent mail for refund immediately. Second, I reside in India so I paid around Rs. 33,919.05 (currency conversion from GBP which was visible on screen to EUR which was charged to INR so GBP -> EUR -> INR) on 24/07/2013. I was refunded on 31/07/2013 but amount was 32,253.27 Rs. I had to incur a loss of 1665.78 Rs i.e. around 24 Euros without any reason.

I tried to communicate several times after this incident but no response. This is not a professional behavior at all.

So if you wish to buy from MenLook you could follow the tip:
Go visit them and buy what you like. Don't buy anything ONLINE especially if you're outside Europe because in case of refund you'll be on the losing side due to currency conversion issues.

Also by visiting the store you could be assured whatever you are buying is damage free as one poster posted above regarding Rick Owens because its of no use buying expensive stuff if they turn out to be defective.

I wish they upgrade their payment provider or use a service which allows easy and accurate refunds.
