I ordered 1 suit and 1 pair of pants through Men's USA, it will be the first and last time I ever order from this site again. Suit came, nothing in the box, no packing slip, no information just a box with a suit. I called to state the pants were missing and the representative in a very polite way accused me of lying because they don't make mistakes and the pants were probably in the box. I couldn't believe it. Well a few days late shipped overnight came another box with the pants, no explanation, no paperwork, packing slip nothing, just another box with pants. My son tried the pants on and they didn't fit. We had a very busy few weeks but 3 weeks later I called and told customer service I needed to know how to return the pants since there was absolutely no paperwork in either box. The representative told me it was over 15 days so to bad I just lost $59.00. When I questioned why there was no paperwork she came up with the lame excuse that they don't send paperwork because it is an internet company! I order on line all the time and have always received packing slips, return info with the box. She was completely unmoved and just said our policy for returns is 15 days so there was nothing she would do. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Shop another on-line or retail store. Do not shop Mens USA
