Having informed Mammoth Workware that I required my order (2 x Helly Hansen overalls) before the weekend for travel overseas and being promised the delivery would be on time, Friday. Order placed the Friday before.

Many thanks for your e-mail. You with have the Durham suits on Friday we have had a problem with the socks as Snickers sent them all in incorrectly sizes. We will refund the socks when we send out the suits.
When the goods had not arrived by midday I phone to inquire as to the delivery status.
Further to our recent telephone conversation, I can only apologise that we have let you down on this occasion by not having your order delivered in time.
In regards to your order this should have been with yourself today however when a delivery is delayed in transit we have no control over this and when our deliveries arrive in late we do endeavour to rectify the delay by despatching the goods as quickly as possible.
We had tried to upgrade your delivery to a weekend delivery however this was not suitable with your travelling plans. As discussed I have now recalled your parcel from the courier and I have processed a full refund back to your Visa card this afternoon.
The product was to promote my company in a new market place. Completely let down by these people. I've ordered many times online with other companies and this is the first time I have been let down, and at a time that was important to me.
If you are looking for a time critical delivery, think.
