I ordered some items from this company and they never arrived because my paypal email address is not the one I check daily, more like every 3 months. So the order was not sent out because of some mismatch of addressess - my pay address did not match the delivery address.
But
I did email them days ago saying I had received no confirmation of my order and said I wanted to cancel, giving my name and address as there was no order number to speak of (well, in my paypal email address probably). But there was STILL no reply days later.
I phoned and that's when I found out that they use whatever email address is on your pay pal. My mistake but they could have replied to my email asking to cancel.
Didn't like attitiude of woman on phone 'helping' me. "Not sorry we never got back to you madam".
Ordering system needs an overhaul to prevent mistakes like this and the ones above. Really poor.

This is the issue with having multiple e-mail addresses I'm afraid :P I've had similar issues myself with other companies, it does happen, but you can't push the blame on the company as a whole.
"as there was no order number to speak of (well, in my paypal email address probably)" - This implies that you never actually checked your paypal e-mail account. My advice as a fellow consumer is to make sure that you use one e-mail address across all sites, this would stop any future confusion I'm sure :)
