M&M direct billed me for an order they never dispatched. Ordered 10days before xmas for christmas presents. Customer Service excuse was it was lost in Nuneaton blaming couriors for their mistake. Customer Services would not put me through to Supervisor after several requests or give names of people I was speaking to (this is against consumer regulations in Ireland).I'm informed by M&m that my refund will not be through till early January... Thanks for ruining Xmas M&M.My son was really looking forward to his new clothes. AVOID.
