I ordered a jacket from this company and a couple of days later, I received an email informing me that the jacket was no longer in stock. Mind you, the money had already been taking out of my account. In the email, I was asked to go on the website and look for something similar and just pay the difference. They mentioned nothing about a refund. I went on the site and there was absolutely nothing similar, so I sent an email asking for a refund. I waited TWO WEEKS and yet no response. At this point I was extremely annoyed so I sent a threatening email asking for my money back. Three days later they finally responded and proceeded with my refund. Stay away from this company! Overall the customer service is just terrible. I don't understand why a company would charge you for an item knowing it is no longer available. If not for the threatening email I sent them, I probably wouldn't have receive my money.
