I saw a skirt in their Bluewater shop and noticed a small hole in it they said they would reduce it by 10% (not impressed) I saw the same skirt in their Crawley branch and had to order it as they didn't have my size. I mentioned to the sales assistant that I couldn't find it online, she said that they didn't put everything online as they 'wanted to keep their stores open'unbelievable. I have waited two weeks for this item to arrive in store having been advised that it would take 5 days!! Although they have taken the money from my bank account. Won't order again, with this sort of service they will be lucky to 'keep their stores open'.
