My first bad experience was trying to buy a coat as the website would not record my details. I had to do it by phone. I eventually received apology plus £10 off for later. I have the delivery note with my Customer Number on it, but they no longer recognise it!
Then I received a £50 off offer for my birthday, plus a'lunch set'. I sent off the order for an item that is still in their last catalogue and advertised by them on line.
They sent my order and cheque back saying they had run out!
I emailed back to complain but they have never replied.
