I had ordered a product 20 days ago. The shoe quality is so poor that the pasting and the leather has started coming out. The customer care executives are so rude, they don't even listen to the concerns of people instead they just say that it can't be returned. They should have a proper quality check like other brands do. This is utter non-sense. They do these kinds of things with every customer and making money is their only motto.

Hi, I am an online shopper. I regularly use flipkart, amazon, myntra, jabong, snapdeal, etc. This is the first time I used koovs and I was totally pissed-off. I've placed an order on Aug 03, 2015 and I received the confirmation mail from koovs on the same day. And on 05-AUG-2015, I received the product shipment details from koovs. Its been more than 20 days now and I haven't received my order. I have called them 4 times including today. Every time I call the koovs customer care, I will have to wait for a minimum of 15-25 mins to get connected [for which I will have to bare my mobile charges]. The last couple of times I called koovs, I was assured that my product will be shipped to me within 24-48 hours. There will be no update until we call them. Today, when I called the koovs customer care again, I had been waiting for 19 minutes to get connected to the customer care executive, who tells me that my shipment was untraceable and asks me to place the order again, which was actually sold out. I have asked the executive to connect me to her senior executive, which she was reluctant to do. And told me to disconnect the call and I shall receive the call from her senior executive as soon as I disconnect. I dont understand this. If her senior executive would call me as soon as I disconnect, why is she not available to attend my call? Anyways, I havent received any call from koovs senior executive till now. DON'T USE KOOVS! A Very WORST service of all. I wanted to give a negative star rating for KOOVS which was not possible. Koovs isn't worth one star.

They have this amazing sales with unreasonable prices to fool people and I fell for it twice. Bought a mobile case which was broken when it was delivered and purchased a golden chain which was broken and rusted when it was delivered. And don't even think about returning cuz they never pick up their calls and reply to your mail. Don't fall for their pretty website and pictures

Someone from customer service, please listen, I have a something to say, Its been 30 days since my initial mail request, 10 mails and 4 calls and I am still waiting for money refund. I will never do the mistake of placing an order on Koovs again (even for my quarterly purchase for which I have spend Rs. 15000 on Myntra). And will never recommend Koovs to any of my friends...Never, never... Promise. Please forgive me this time and settle the account...

I received a product which i did not like and requested for a return. They do not have online return so only options left are call or email. I sent out an email and i have not received any reply them from last 10 days even after another reminder on the same email telling about the pathetic customer support. Then i started calling them and most of the time you cant reach the customer care executive.The call was in waiting for around 20 minutes most of the time. When connected,they just told that pickup has been arranged and they dont have any info about the courier dealer. So pls never ever order a product if you want peace of mind. Some more negative points: 1)Return amount is credited in form of promo code and never into the bank 2)Promo code is for 2 months. If you cant use it in 2 months, you need to call again at customer care and get it reactivated. And as i told, reaching the call executive is a tough task 3)If you use partial amount in promo code, again you need to call them amount the remaining amount. Order at your own risk! Good luck

I've ordered a few items from koovs and evrytime the service is really poor. The items gets delivered weeks later and there is no way I can track my orders. Even after logging into my account all my orders (recent and old) says "in progress". And it never gets updated. They don't reply to emails and the call operators are not helpful at all.

This is in regard to my order no. 909653. let me start this from the beginning.I placed this order on 13th december 2014.I called the customer service center to know the status of my order.i spoke to an agent who gave me a no. (99718175555) to call to check when can i expect this order.i called on this no. around 4 pm on 15 dec and spoke to Tauheed who was rude,his language was so disgraceful and crass,he informed me that the system is down and he will not be able to track my order and i should call later.So, i went to temple in evening and unfortunately missed the call from courier boy and then started the series of disappointments. I called again that evening and spoke to courier boy who informed me that he will deliver the order next day,i also called the customer service and spoke to an agent who also promised the same but much to my disappointment i didn't receive the order on 16 dec. I called again to check the status who informed me again to call on the same no. as stated above.when i called on this no. Tauheed again gave me a different no.(45512818) to call to.I spoke to a female agent who was extremely rude and ignoble,ungenerous and she disconnected the call on my face when inquired about the order.I again called her to which she very rudely and unprofessionally ORDERED me to call Koovs customer service and when requested her to just informed the status of the order she said "roz sare aise customers hume phone karke poochte hain" instead of helping me.Then on her supervisor's order she said i will receive the order the next day.I waited the whole day but no intimation was there.Then the courier guy called me and stated that my parcel has been lost and he is not able to find my ordered packet and hence will not be able to deliver the packet. I called the customer service and spoke to Thomas who said that the status on the website is out for delivery when i already know that my packet has been lost.There is no coordination between the departments at all which makes the customer suffer again and again.And then i spoke to one of the SO CALLED SUPERVISOR "MANISHA" who was extremely unprofessional, ill-mannered,illiterate who does not even have basic etiquette to talk to someone,that lady disconnected the call on my face,when i again called the customer service i spoke to Sonu who informed me Manisha is not available on the floor which was sheer lie as i spoke to her few minutes before she abruptly disconnected the call on the face. Sonu again told me wait for 24 hrs now lets see when things will settle down.I am still waiting for my order. And trust me whatever the reviews i heard about koovs.com they all are true and i am really very upset. As the matter of fact, i am not the only one to experience this,it seems that the motto of the company is to harass and cheat people rather then helping them out. Only one word is enough to define koovs which is PATHETIC.

If u love your money.avoid koovs!.I ordered a bag .was so excited to get it.the delivery came very late.but it was fine. No biggie .I opened the bag to see some horrible red marker marks at the back of the bag.though they are a little faint but they can’t be missed. I called to complain immediately and this is what I was told. "This is rather a long procedure .we will send r people for the pick up within 6-7 days.then inspect the product which will take 2 days.then we send the order for your replacement which can take another 7-8 days and by any chance if your product is out of stock .we will give you a discount coupon of the same amount that u spend.you can buy something eles from our website! But you can’t have the money back"

A horrible experience ...weird customer service...the chat is like a recorded message..call them up and after frequent hang ups you get to speak with someone with horrible accent and no sense of what he is doing. Ordered a timberland shoe.. 1.The ize chart was not correctly prepared 2.The shoe was too large for me 3.I am still waiting for the return pick up even after a week of raising a return request.Tried reaching their customer service but got the usual apologies and hollow promises remaining points after i am able to return the product to them.Till then waiting for the wooden customer service to respond to my requests

Koovs promises to deliver in a week, mostly they deliver in three days max. Many times I have placed an order at 5 a.m., to receive confirmation that it has been shipped within 3 hours and I get the product the next day (and I live several states away). And there is no shipping fee, even for COD on the most insignificant order. I am a regular online shopper and have experience with Koovs, Jabong, Fashion And You, and lately Pepperfry. The one I would unhesitatingly rank #1 is Koovs. Their returns policy is THE EASIEST. No other site can beat the ease with which you can return a product and get it credited. Often I have got it credited within one working day. They are up to date with end-of-season sales too. This glowing eulogy is prompted by the fact I just received a few orders from Koovs earlier than expected (as usual) and so am so happy with them. One item (a Top) needs to be returned for size issues, but I am content because I know it will go smoothly without a hitch. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Hello Folk, i would like to share my experience with Koovs when first time i am shopping from Koovs in my mind i thought is this site best or wrost but t taken the risk and placed the first order of INR 550. after 2-3 days i received the product.and guys when i saw my shirt n tee shirt i just fall in love with Koovs. everyone in my class watching me n asking for the sirt. Now lets be serious n I am telling u why i like Koovs. 1)Because they are making their own design not like any branded companies. 2)Price of the content of them are alright (i mean mostly less than 1000) 3) they really provide quality 4) snaps shots of product n real product are 100% same (not like other site that have little diffrences) 5)very very fast shipping. 6) taking so much care of their custermers. 7) many much more thinks..
