For a store selling top end merchandise and I assume wanting to compete with a number of counterparts, I feel their policies should come out of the back end market stores and get with the times.
Their returns policy leaves a lot to be desired in that merchandise has to be returned within seven days along with their no refund policy on sales goods. I haven't witnessed anything like this since I worked at great homer street (greatly) market some 22 years ago.
I feel staff training is required in particular their attitude towards returns, I would probably have got a warmer reception had I stormed in wearing tights on my head and brandishing a pistol
