I was fooled by this site like many others, should,of know it was too good to be true. I ordered a coat which was fortunately out of stock, I received an email asking me to choose another item, at this point I realised the company was based in china, so did a search for reviews, which confirmed my suspicions. I advised the company I did not want a replacement and asked them to cancel the order, they would not take this for an answer and resulted in a barrage of ping pong emails. Given the order was placed less thane 48 hours prior they should simply have not requested the payment, they insisted that to give a refund was result in me incurring a 20% charge and asked me if this was ok, of course I said this wasn't then then said ok they will refund but it cold take up to six weeks. I advised them I did not have all day to ping pong emails and to not request my money and that I had been in contact with my credit card provider, who would contact them if they take the money, finally theynsaid ok we will send refund. I am still awaiting the outcome and suspect I may well have to get my credit card provider to deal with this. This company needs to be prohibited from trading.

Absolute sham of a company based in China. Goods come that are bad material, fit and generally fake awful goods. No returns policy on site. Contact is from a Chinese person with bad English! ( not being racist) They won't let you return but offer 20% refund. Don't accept it! Then takes 6 weeks to refund. Still have no money back. Never dealt with company so bad

I ordered 2 dressed and returned one of them after getting permission from the vendor. I paid $150 for the dress and $50 to ship it back to China. The vendor never picked the package up at it was returned to me. Now I've spent $200 on an item I don't want and I cannot get my money back. VERY FRUSTRATED! Buyer beware.

I bought a dress from karen millen dresses.co.uk. Thinking stupidly that this was a bonifide website connected to the Karen Millen outlet stores, sadly like many people I did not check the reviews until after the order had been placed. As soon as I realised I emailed to cancel the order, which was within a few hours and contacted my bank, unfortunately I have had no response from any of the email addresses and the money has now been taken from my account, In hindsight I will check reviews before making a purchase, cannot believe I have been so stupid. Expensive mistake and one I don't intend repeating !!!! Advice to everyone else. Don't touch this company at any cost if there was a zero option in rating I would use it.

Today, I recieved ordered dress. And I was VERY disappointed. I ordered KAREN MILLEN dress and recieved some GATHER BEAUTY (what´s that??!!!). I love Karen Millen clothes, I just missed this dress in shop and thought this is genuie outlet. I dind´t order any fake dress as they send me. I was really suprised when contacted me EMS, that I have package from China!!! The dress smells bad, quality is so poor, it is not possible to wear it. I was so angry ane send them mail, but I don´t expect answer. Until this shopping I have only good experiences with eshops, but such a this NO MORE!!!!!!

I. Have been looking for this free in the shops and were told it was out of stock because new seasons items were coming in. So like the others I saw this website and I honestly thought it was an outlet of clothing they were no longer selling in the store. so inlaid the money and within a week the oriental dress arrived. When I opened the package I as completely gutted and disappointed as to what I was looking at. The material was flimsy, the stitching to say the leather was appalling, it wasn't even stitched right and there was surplus material hanging on the dress. The pattern wasn't right and when I tried it on it hung like a rag. I ordered this specially for my daughters wedding in a few weeks and now I'm left with to what I can only describe as something thatma 10'year old knocked up in school..... No, they probably could have done better. I have emailed the company 3 times and surprise surpirse no reply.... Hopefully my cc will be able to help me out, but if you are reading this then all I can advise is to stay away and if you don't listen to what im saying order yourself something then it will be you writing on herein a few weeks.!!!!!!

Ordered a blouse from what Instupidly thought was a genuine Karen Millen outlet, didn't know until shipping information came from.China. Blouse arrived, fabric completely different and the seller says 'we offer you 20% refund' and :if you return it will get lost in shipping' so I am,asking my credit card to help, also the website states a price in GBP but it was charged in malaysian currency and the conversion was more than the price stated. Too many websites state they are in the UK but are really in China, they are obviously trying to hide their tracks because they charged me in malaysian currency and posted from China. I would like to have known that the company is based in China, I would never have bought from a China based company as experience tells me that items coming put of China are nearly always FAKES

I ordered what I thought was a genuine Karen millen for £87 and what arrived was a rubbish knock off. Have reported them to trading standards and the fraud team through my credit card so hopefully I won't have to pay for it. Be very sure never to buy from this website. Only looked at reviews afterwards, so silly! You always get what you pay for, too good to be true.... Never again!
