I ordered a skirt thinking I was getting the real thing. I couldn't have been more wrong.

The fabric was awful (nothing like the original KM)and there was an awful artifical smell that went with it. The skirt wasn't even the same.

I am trying to get a refund, but don't hold out much hope.

If I could give this website a minus rating, I would.

Hi. i have just got back from holiday, while i was there i checked my emails and they sent one saying they would refund me 40 euros.i sent one back stating that i didn't pay them in euros so i would like my refund in either US dollars or British currency. i also said i would email them when i got back home to let them know if i was returning it for a full refund like they promised.they didn't give me the chance...they refunded me £39.00 and i'm stuck with a dress probably worth a tenner!! So they refunded me half of my money.i still feel ripped off big style. its disgusting and shouldn't be allowed.

No, sorry no refund, no email, no response! Pretty much what I expected.
I wish there was a way to stop these people trading.
