I put through an order early in November 2013 for a gilet. Order went through, recovered a confirmation. Then I receive an email from Joules saying my order could not be processed. I called customer services and after being on hold for approx half an hour I was told my order had been cancelled and the gilet I wanted was now out of stock! The money had been taken for the item. After several emails to a personal email address of a customer service rep (as I was told the joules general email wasn't being ministered during the busy period!) and calls to customer services I have received no response and no refund!
Sad because Joules has built a good name for its self but the lack of customer service will drag the brand down VERY quickly.
I suggest that you steer well clear from ordering from Joules!
