Ordered an item on line and received an email from paypal stating the order had been received but payment would not be taken until processed. No confirmation received from Joules themselves.
1 week later still no development. 2 weeks still nothing. During this time I sent 3 emails - after giving up trying to get through by phone - asking politely what was happening. No response received at all. Gave up and purchased elsewhere.
A terrible experience I will not be buying (or attempting to buy) from again.
