I ordered 3 items from Joules which were going to a Christmas present.I had to send them back to exchange for a different size.I patiently waited 10 days for any correspondence & received a refund but no exchange confirmation. I waited another 7 days & contacted the 0845-premium rate number for customer services, I tried 3 times, waiting up to 10 minutes each times only to be told my items were now out of stock & wouldn't be available.
