“Poor service and communication”

Paid in full for an xbox one day one edition on their website on the 22nd Nov. They charge £529 for a console that has an RRP of £429. Said for weeks that this would be delivered in about 5 days from ordering, only recently changed. Placed order, paid in full expected on the 27th Nov, then looked online via tracking, the day before changed to the 29th Nov. I emailed them to ask why it had changed and I was told that it had now moved to the 7th December and would more than likely be delivered then. Again, day before, checked on the order, surprise surprise its changed again, to the 2nd Feb 2014!

No communication from them prior to any changes, cant even confirm when its actually going to be delivered and paid nearly +/- £100 for this poor excuse of a service.

Order sequentially cancelled, would never recommend to anyone, Id of been happier if they knew at the outset if there was going to be such a lengthy delay not to then feed me a pack of lies when they are sitting on my cash.
