I had never heard of this company but I received a statement asking for £72.99 for something I obviously had not ordered. While trying to get in touch with Jamco I came across this site where it seems several other people have had the same experience and resulted in getting a poor credit rating because they do not pay for something they have not bought.This is appalling. How can a company be allowed to keep on trading? I am awaiting an email response from them. I am reluctant to phone and then get charged for premium rate calls. They obviously do not check the validity of their customers. I am hating this whole experience.
