Placed my order at 6.00am on a Wednesday with next day delivery, it didnt arrived the next day after taking the day off work so I had to take another day off work to accept the delivery on Friday. I opened the goods and tried them on, they were massively over sized to the point that the waistline was 4 inches out... and the legs widths were ridiculous to the point that my size 10 feet could fit inside the leg when flat on the floor. So Saturday I call their customer service to try and get my delivery charge back and to arrange a return but the customer service advisor told me that because the next day delivery and the 2 day delivery are the same price that she could not refund the delivery cost, this was my first experience with this company and its definitely my last.
