My bridesmaid dress arrived on April Fools day, so maybe I should have known. Wrong colour (lime... Not pastel green, though the shop have advised me to "iron it and it will be just like the advertised dress." wrong style, poor quality (which they've admitted in writing then backtracked) wrong length and not AT All fit for purpose. But trying to get consumer rights adhered to and a full refund is like getting blood from a stone. As soon as I mentioned taking it to the European Consumer centre, they dropped their offer. Dodgy as.

I've ordered this dress for my wedding and got totally disappointed. I thougt this dress is going to look like at the picture. But it isn't. It looks totally different and the lace is of very very poor qualitiy and has mistakes, it has cuts like holes, it is poorly finished. But the biggest problem is, that the company does not answer my emails. I've tried to get in touch with them to find a solution for the problem and i've send about 8 emails till now but still got no response.

Do not buy from this company. I paid £140 for a dress and basically received a rag rolled up and stuffed in a bag. I tried to return it and they've just ignored every request Please please please DO NOT GET TRICKED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED money I am at college and it took me a month to earn the money they took from me

Like everybody else I received completely wrong dress with poor quality and their emails are rude ! They will not give you your money back and will not help you ! Terrible! They should be reported to the police! #instyledresses

The dresses look great online but they will deliver inferior poor quality with the wrong colour, if you want a return they offer60% maximum refund. This is a scheme and citezens advice can't do anything as you are deeming with a company based in China. My advice would be AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing this dress. I am appalled to see that this company continues to get away with this. I ordered a dress, it was poor quality and did not fit. When I asked to return it for a refund I was told I would only receive a 50% refund. The company has no contact number and have stopped replying to email. The emails that they did reply to were rude and poorly written. I am furious about this and just hope that this review stops others making the mistake I did

DO NOT buy a dress of this company, it is a horrible thing to do! In the end of 2014 I ordered a GBP 142,00 dress and, according to their terms and conditions, If I cancelled the order within 24 hours I would receive full refund. I cancelled the order within 11 hours, asked my money back and never saw he money. Their customer service is very poor, they take too long to answer the emails, WHEN they answer, they are not professional, they write with a lot of spelling mistakes and the only time they contacted me was when I posted a complaint online alerting other people agaist them. Do not use the site! I might have lost my money, but I'll alert as much people as I can against them. I have all emails sent as proof of my claim.

I have just received my dress and it is completely the wrong colour (looks nothing like the photo on website) and made of very cheap material. They are not a UK firm as they very cleverly set themselves up to be with the .co.uk web address but are based in China ! They will not refund full amount suggesting only 50 % bearing in mind the cost of shipping to China it isn't worth it. I am sure this is a very good money maker for them. For me whilst it's annoying, the dress wasn't for my wedding or my bridesmaids fortunately. I really feel for those who have invested their money and their dream of getting the dress they want from Instyle at best it's a gamble at worst its a "rip off".

Do not buy from them, they take your money then you cant get a hold of them. I received the dress I ordered but in the wrong colour, the wrong colour crystals and the wrong fabric. They are awful, don't fall for it. Can't even get a hold of them anymore. They are terrible.

The dress I purchased was made to fit. The dress arrived in a different colour, was not fitted to my size even though I gave all exact measurements, dress quality was terrible, quality of sewing and design was terrible. Instead of a beautiful sophisticated dress, it looks like a dress made for my granny, completely not what i ordered.
