They refuse to answer emails and their Phone line is a message telling u to email !! avoid at all costs I'm £26 out of pocket and PayPal refuse to refund cis I don't have a Tracking number .

Returned my order 8 weeks ago and they haven't Given me a refund , emailed them 7 times without reply The number in the website is an rectified message And nobody picks up and u can't leave a message . Keep away

I wish I'd read the review first! Ordered, they took money from my credit card, didn't deliver, didn't answer any emails! I'm going to report them to Trading Standards and have them for brench of contract!

I paid for the goods in full, then proceeded to receive an empty box - I contacted the seller repeatedly to no avail Read reviews from here: http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews92821.html - paints a much clearer picture of the activity he engages in. I have asked for an explanation, and have received none. I have received no refund, but have spoken to the police who have said that they will fully investigate along with Trading Standards if no resolution is met soon. The reality is, that he is doing this to a lot of people - he deliberately has the customer service number on the website set to automated message so no one can speak to him directly - then if you try to email him, he simply won't respond. Furthermore, everyone should read the Terms & Conditions outlined on the website - effectively he his trying to trap the buyer into losing his money if anything goes wrong with the transaction. All in all, it's better to completely avoid this seller - in the case that you find yourself in the situation I am in (paid money, and received no items) go to ANY lengths to get your money back. Contact bank, contact local authorities and contact Trading Standards - ultimately, this man is accountable for the activity and despite the fact that the internet gives him some screen of anonymity, he is not invisible to the law enforcement.

I ordered my boxers from iwantpants, but never received my order. My money was blocked, as I paid by credit, and there was no contact with the seller. I sent many e-mails, asking for explanation, but there was no answer. Finally I asked my bank to solve it as my credit is secured. After about two months i got my money back. I would never recomend this shop to anyone, they are deceivers

I ordered boxers which were too large. I asked for an exchange which was agreed. I returned the boxers and never received the exchange or refund. Basically they have stolen my Money!!!! I would never use this company

Be careful! They let you order then do not have the stock - certainly on my item ordered. Just think... if everyone pays them, they keep all the cash, which accrues interest. Then they only refund you when you make it a Paypal claim - a month later. So, at least a months worth of interest and a steady cash flow into their coffers! (Reading the reviews, it seems some people have actually lost their money and not been repaid at all) Apparently, many people have made Paypal claims as I had to, so why Paypal continues to keep this Seller on their books.... is a good question?

I placed an order with this company two months ago. At the time of ordering it showed the items were in stock. One month later and after a number of unanswered emails - still nothing had arrived. Luckily I had paid through paypal and was able to dispute for a refund. Overall it took me two months to get my money back and not one email response from the company. Do not waste your time or money. Go elsewehere.

The seller didn't dispatch my items, just had processing against my order. Had to raise a PayPal dispute to which the seller didn't even have the courtesy to respond! PayPal ruled in my favour so all good. Wasn't able to contact them by phone as they have the phone permanently diverted to answer-phone. Sent several emails but no response to them either! Wouldn't use the seller again or recommend them. PayPal one, seller nil.

Best selection of Hom underware i found on the web. Importantly, at the very best price as well. Had a small issue at final payment, where the banks payment page stalled and would not let me complete. Without me chasing, Jeremy at iwantpants dropped me a mail which linked me to an alternative payment system. Worked first time. Delivery was super quick, with no big markup. Great service I intend to use again

Great value for designer kecks. Superfast delivery. Modeled 'em for my fella and he had 'em on the floor in seconds. Mission rather accomplished. Website easy to navigate. I like finding stuff nobody else has found and there was plenty here. Best thing beyond product was postage and packaging. Purchases turned up immediately and sealed in original packaging - luxury innit. One slight gripe; I couldn't see the 'padlock' icon in the browser which always rings alarm bells around online security but the site is so slick and the comms along the way i.e. order confirmation / despatch notice allayed any minor concerns around bone fideness. Will use again!

Ordered goods but nothing received. Cannot speak to anyone as the phone is permanently on answerphone! Sent 3 emails and none replied to. Poor company, wish I had seen these reviews first! I've raised a PayPal claim so will wait to see what happens.

Placed an order in April, still haven't received it! Have sent over twenty emails none of which have been replied to. Called daily just an answering machine! Possibly the worst customer service ever. I'm out of pocket with no order and making calls!

I'm normally very patient with big companies but I placed an order month ago and still have not received anything. I've sent various emails with no response and no one answers their telephones. They still have my money. I'm hoping this review will prompt someone to contact me finally and get it sorted never using the site again!!!

If i could attribute 0 stars to this company then I would have done. Ordered an item and payed for next day delivery, didn't arrive! Emailed to check why and received no response, 2 days later emailed again to no response again. Thought I'd call and speak to someone to express my disappointment but you just get an answer machine (which after reading other reviews seems to have been on for 6 months at least). A few more days later and I have emailed every email address on the iwantpants.com website to which I got a mailer error report saying 2 of the emails were not even valid. If I have not heard back from them by the end of today and seen a valid Royal Mail tracking number then I will be taking action against this company so people in the future are not scammed out of their money as I now believe that the website is a complete scam to steal customers money.

I had used the company previously and was satisfied with the service. At end of April I placed an order for around £41, and received an acknowledgement by email. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I sent an demail and also submitted a comment on the online form. I heard nothing. I followed up again a week later, but still nothing. I phoned several times but the answer machine just says that they are too busy because their latest promotion is proving so popular. My credit card has been chanrged, but now over 2 months later still no goods. I have given them a further opportunity to respond with email etc but will be starting a dispute claim on Tuesday if I have heard nothing
