I've recently purchased a Classic model in putty color. The bag was full of wrinkles when it came by royal mail. Those wrinkles didn't go away after a month of usage. It rained for two days and my bag started loosing it's color! The wrinkled places now have white edges and my bag looks like it's hundred years old. I don't want to wear it anymore. “Worst customer service ever”

I ordered the bag in time for a holiday, but Royal Mail weren't able to deliver it. After asking customer services, I was told that it had been returned to them - they'd be in touch when it arrived. It didn't, and on the 7th or 8th time of asking they decided to look into it and have now told me that it has in fact been delivered, but they don't know where. I do love my kanken backpack. It is nice. And I have purchased a Camera Insert for my kanken and this was a horrible yet disappointing experience. I read from the internet reviewers, as well as official website, that the kanken camera insert could hold a modern DSLR camera without a problem. Took absolutely long to arrive. It's stated to arrive 7-10 working days after order was placed but I received well after that period. Thanks to the store's idiotic checkout system, the bag I was trying to buy was sold out before I could get the sufficient amount of money to my PayPal account. When you say "Grand Total" I presume it means the amount of money I have to pay, not the "almost as much as you should pay" amount. 22/11-Paid for a bag and was given a fake tracking number, I didn't realized it was fake until their second email came in to ask whether I want to paid for the other 2 bags that ordered so that they can send them out together. Hi,

My order id05111789. I paid the money on Nov 15 and I did not receive the delivery up to NOW. I kept sending emails and keep calling Hong Kong Post post. Please request Royal Mail to lodge a formal enquires to Hong Kong Post Office to chase for the status. I need HELP.
