Thanks to the store's idiotic checkout system, the bag I was trying to buy was sold out before I could get the sufficient amount of money to my PayPal account. When you say "Grand Total" I presume it means the amount of money I have to pay, not the "almost as much as you should pay" amount. 22/11-Paid for a bag and was given a fake tracking number, I didn't realized it was fake until their second email came in to ask whether I want to paid for the other 2 bags that ordered so that they can send them out together. We are very sorry to see this review. Your order was not fully paid. We contacted you immediately the office opened and sent a reminder to you. One week after ordering and you responded and revised your order. We received your request and sent your order out immediately and the parcel arrived in Singapore 3 days after shipping. The parcel is currently with Singapore Post and will be delivered to you. We try very hard to send orders the same day however in this instance we required payment and were happy to adjust your order. Hi,

My order id05111789. I paid the money on Nov 15 and I did not receive the delivery up to NOW. I kept sending emails and keep calling Hong Kong Post post. Please request Royal Mail to lodge a formal enquires to Hong Kong Post Office to chase for the status. I need HELP.

I have made an oder on 25/10/2013 but until today 15/11/2013 i still not received my parcel yet(mailing to Taiwan). I was quite upset with this because it took so long time but nothing come at the end at least until now. Was so excited to receive my kanken bag but it came with broken stitch on the top of the bag and it has white marks all over the bag, I also realized that the bag was dirty. I have placed an order from Singapore on the 1st of July and have yet to received today, 11 July. I went to the post office website to track my order and realised that the tracking number that they have provided me ends with GB, which means my order has been sent to Great Britain? I double checked my address again and there is no mistake found. Deliveries normally take AT LEAST 10 business days to reach Singapore from the country I love my kanken is based in. My kanken took about 3weeks to arrive..

I realized 1 day after that there was a special 20% off for Christmas after purchasing. I wanted to cancel my first purchase and made a second one with the discounted rate but surprisingly there was no refund option for my first purchase.
