Easy - the site it is very easy to navigate.
Fast & Efficient - service is fast as in email confirmation and delivery notification received shortly after purchase.
Reliable - goods received in good order and in accordance to the estimated shipping date.

Downside:
It takes quite some time for products which are out of stock to be replenish. And no notification when the stock is available despite reserving it in the system.
