The shopping experience with Kanken was good, but the return experience is painful.
I am a UK customer, I purchased four bags before Christmas and returned two of them, as one is faulty and the other one's colour is very different from that is shown on the website.
I returned them before new year, which was a month ago; however, I still haven't received any confirmation about my returned orders. I contacted the customer service team three times, and all the replay said were that they didn't receive my returns. The returns were sent back via different parcels, it is unlikely that they take a month but still have not arrived Kanken.
I don't know when my return and refund can be done, or if they can be done ever.
