The bag came pretty quickly and I didn't have to do anything much except for pay for the bag online which was pretty convenient as well. The bag was a little pricey but it's always good to treat yourself once in a while!! Everything was easy to navigate and understand and I really love the efficiency of the team (as well as the post office's haha i joke)! My bag came in about 2 weeks (i live in Singapore) & it was in perfect condition! I really love the bag & will consider getting another one and I will definitely recommend this website to my friends and relatives! Thanks :-)
