This is my first time buying something off a oversea website and I can say this experience was very pleasant. I received my Kanken within a week and also the bags are in really good conditions. The service provided is also superb as I get updated by them on where's the bag is currently at. Through this I do not need yo worry if my item get lost. However one thing they can improve is that they should provide a more accurate pricing for different currency as the conversion was a little wrong. I ended up having to pay more money than the price converted on the website so it was a little disappointing.
