I Love My Shopping Experience with Kanken!

This is the second time that I have shopped online at I love my Kanken. I buy my chidrens' schoolbags as I find Kanken the best quality and most good-looking bags.
I find the website easy to navigate and easy to order. There are varied payment options including Paypal, so it makes it easy.
Last time I ordered two Kanken mini bags and I couldnt get the colours that I ordered. I was offered other colours or a refund and I chose another colour. It was well communicated and dealt with in a nice manner.
This time I ordered two Kanken Classics and again, it was easy to navigate the website, I have the colours that I ordered and I am very happy.
I like getting the updates on my shipping and payments. I appreciate the communication and getting fast replys whenever I have a question.
I have already recommended this website to others. The free shipping is a total bonus as well.
