I ordered a bag. I made a wrong choice and choose Mini Kanken. When it arrives i found it very small for me and ask for a change. They don't have a changing system. So, the answer was "After goods have been inspected by us, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus a carriage price of £8.00 (Europe) " So, i need to pay the shipping cost to London which is min 10 eu from Barcelona, then i will pay a carriage price also because you can't send it back without any shipping coast. So, i was supposed to pay like 20 eu for a bag that i bought for 45 eu. Terrible experience with a baby backbag at home.
