I accidentally ordered the wrong sized bag. I realised soon after placing the order, but it was out of normal office hours, so I sent an e-mail expecting to wait until the morning to hear back, but they came back to me within about 10 minutes, to tell me they'd correct my order, billing amount and dispatch the right bag for me. Which they did. Brilliant.
