I am from Australia and purchased a Kanken bag online. I attempted to puchase from two retail stores in London using their online store as they specified that they shipped internationally, I found these stores off the supplier list on the Kanken website. Both transactions failed and would not accept my payment details. Fortunately I found "I Love My Kanken" after a quick google search and I am happy that I did. The website was easy to use and offered a large variety of colours and options. The transaction process did not falter and was actually significantly cheaper than my previous attempts (half the price), with a discount for international buyers. I was provided with a tracking number and received the bag within 2 weeks. I was very happy with the process and with the product. I wish that I had known about the website before I wasted time on the other online stores.
