Attractive design to website, Easy to navigate and brows using various search options.

Payment was dealt with quickly and easily.

The order despatched quickly and arrived well packaged and in pristine condition.

The item was exactly as described. Colour match to the photo online was accurate.

I would definitely use the website again and order more products should I need them in the future.

I was unsure whether the foam pad in the back of the rucksack was for support or part of the packaging material. Only after reading the label did I realise that it was an intrinsic part of the bag!

Overall I am very happy with the service I received and the product.
