The website is super user friendly.
For the bag, Delivery was fast! - as stated 7 - 10 days. Mine came in 9 days(: The package was also wrapped neatly and tracking number was provided. Super Satisfied with my purchase! The best part was the 20% of for all non-EU countries with free shipping! Honestly, Kanken Classic is the most efficient backpack I've ever used. It stores plenty and its waterproof. I've walked with mine in the rain and the bag contents remained dry.:D oh and the sides holds my Ipod and bottle. Nothing beats Kanken!(:
