I wanted a long cover for my husbands cassock (he is a reader with the CofE) and needs to carry his preeching garments to different churches in our rural communities - does not want to drop them in a puddle - hence the carrying and hanging case. It was great to find the types of hangers i wanted easily and quickly from Google. I would have liked to have the skirt clips up to 46cm wide as i am a size 16 and it would be nice to clip the skirts at the ends not just at some point in the length leaving the end bit to flap in the breeze. However yo did have them 38 wie which is about the widest i found on the internet. You also did a different type of skirt hanger which does go wider so i will give those a go also. “Clothes hangers with substantial amount of plastic!”

I bought shirt hangers capable of taking woollies and was delighted with them. They had fairly square shoulders, the hangers I mean, with a ribbed end which stopped the shoulder area falling off the hanger. Wish I had bought them years ago! Am now in process of buying trouser hangers and also a repeat of the above shirt hangers. I am confident they will be superb. (read more)

Many apologies for the issues you have experience, I believe this issues was remedied by a member of our customer services team. We are investigating why your call was not answered promptly 10 minutes before our closing time.
Its recommended that when buying two similar products, parts from one are not confused with parts from a similar smaller product as they generally are not cross compatible as they are different sizes. We are working on instructions to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Our robust product is extremely competitively priced, even when compared to inferior products on other online stores.
