I ordered the robes for my bridesmaids almost one month ago (June 17th). Whilst they advertise a 7 day delivery on their website they did say it could take up to 14 days due to the busy season ahead. However, it has now been almost a month and I am yet to receive my robes and haven't even been advised of when I can expect to receive them. They are not easy to manage and considering how much I spent I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service. Make sure you order if you have no time to lose. I can't comment on the quality because I'M STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE THEM.

Arrived well packaged and sooner than expected. I bought 2 of the black plastic chopsticks with crystal accent, the crystals are very secure and placed perfectly. For the price paid only £2.69 it was beautifully made my only complaint is I would expect the excess plastic to be cut off completely from the ends for this price. I will definitely buy from here again.

On the Friday I placed an order which was a small compact mirror and I requested it be delivered for Next Day before 1pm. I paid a very large sum of £7.95 for this delivery option as it was a gift and I urgently needed it delivered. Which was actually more than the mirror. When the parcel arrived in the agreed timescale I opened the parcel to find the packaging was badly damaged. It looked as thought the plastic case had been cut open with a knife and was left sharp edged and the product uncontained. I am incredibly disappointed given I spent so much money on the delivery and it is badly damaged. So much so I had to give the present without its packaging as it looked pre-opened. The worst thing is I can’t imagine how this could have been damaged in delivery as it was literally cut open. So it was taken from the warehouse and packaged damaged like this. No care has been taken. I emailed the "care" team and was advised nothing could be done unless it was returned. It was too late for it to be returned as obviously by my next day before 1pm delivery - it was urgently needed and the gift was given. They refused to help further and I was left feeling under valued as a customer. I won't be shopping there again or recommending to anyone.

I could'nt believe how quickly I received this.The colour was exactly the same as the website and I will certainly be ordering again.

Got a great pack of various sized bands. My daughter has quite fine hair and many 'packs' contain loads of 'big fat' bands which are useless for her. And its a great colour for her school uniform

Having hair that is not only below shoulder length but very thick and heavy, most 'crocodile' clips just don't hold securely. But this little midi clip does! Brilliant design. Also arrived without any problems from Glitz4Girlz. Would definitely recommend.

I have never seen a website with so many hairbands on. I would have liked about half of them but had to settle for just a few. It all seemed good value for money and will be getting some more soon.

I have found this website appaulling.

My order has not been delivered and I was told it had been despatched. When I enquired I was told the postman probably didn't leave a card when delivery was attempted so check with my delivery office. When I asked if the site could check if my parcel has gone back to the warehouse aswell I never got a response and that was days ago.

I asked for the complaints procedre and still did not get a response

I will not be using this site again or recommending it to anyone
