I've ordered three times with Gap. They kept sending me the wrong sizes. I ordered children's clothes but every time instead of an L arrived and M, instead on an XL they've sent me and L, and so on. As I order from abroad sending back is always expensive and does not make much sense. Anyway, ordering is easy but when the parcel arrives better check carefully the size of the items sent.
For a big company like Gap its online shop service and handling is very poor and far away from being professional. When ordering the least you can expect is that you receive the items in the size you ordered them.
I don't use Gap online anymore as the experiences have been too bad.
