After wearing a bra only once and washing it once, I noticed the under-wire was cutting through the material. I sent the bra back to Figleaves and kindly requested a replacement. Figleaves returned the faulty bra back to me, saying it was washed incorrectly. I phoned Figleaves and questioned their response as I can quite honestly say that I followed the washing instructions. Figleaves have refused to replace the faulty bra. I am so disappointed with Figleaves because I have ordered my bras from them for over 10 years and I have never ever sent anything back before - but Figleaves were not interested in my loyalty to them and they still refused to replace the faulty goods. I am extremely disappointed in Figleaves customer service and I certainly won't be buying anything from them again.
