I am appalled by the service from Figleaves. I used a muslin bag and the handwash setting on my top of the range Meile washing machine, wore the bra three times after washing it and the wire came out. The service from Figleaves is disgusting. Clearly the bra has not been stitched together properly, they have not seen it but because I washed on handwash in the machine rather than in the sink they will not refund. They don't ring when they say and they are supercilious in their emails and will not escalate the issue just keep passing it around. They think four wears for a nearly £50 bra is acceptable I don't.
