Excellent product, but careless customer service

I love Feldherr products, theirs workmanships are perfect. Fits and protect all my miniatures games. They are very criterious with the material used and always with specific solutions for each type of miniature that is launched in the market. But not everything is perfect, sin in their customer service because I went through a hard time making the payment request by discrepancies between the payment company and the form chosen for me. I contacted the customer service to find a solution in the existing link on the website and didn't get even a "thank you for your contact, we will contact you soon." So I had to redo 3 times the order, unable to change or cancel previous purchases. And since August 4 I haven't no news about the completed order. Until now, didn't receive the order and the only information that I have is that goes out of the origin and apparently is lost in transit. So I'm waiting for some news.
