Elitify seems to be in the business of tricking customers. Most of its products are of a brand called "Knight and Bond" which seems to be their in-house brand. Also, the branded products are marked up by as much as 40% for US based products. Ordering from Amazon would be cheaper!

Have you looked at their products? I'm a frequent shopper at Elitify (and you can verify this with them) and can tell you that they have the best collection of products offered by any website in India. Absolutely authentic and have a great support team. Yes, I have had a couple of delays, but that's been because of customs.

I don't think you are real shopper of these brands or else would know that these products are not not available on Amazon or at least can't be shipped to India. Don't make baseless claims unless you have shopped with them.

Go team Elitify! My vote is with you!

Your comment clearly reeks of ignorance.You have really never heard of Amazon.com (and yes, they do deliver to India).

Take a Fitbit Zip Wireless Activity Tracker which I recently ordered and is listed on Amazon for $53.99 (Rs. 3602.87). After adding Rs. 1500 of delivery charges to India, it costs a total of Rs. 5102.87. The same gadget is listed on Elitify for Rs. 7990.

Clearly, Elitify not only has your vote, but your wallet as well.

We appreciate your feedback. However, respectfully disagree with your claims. Please allow us to respond to the two points you raised:

1. Most of the products are knight and bond.

I encourage you to take a closer look at our catalog. We have a wide and deep selection of products from your favorite brands. I'm sure you'll find something you like.

2. The product prices keep fluctuating and can't really be compared with what's offered in the US. As you know because of the tax structure and import duties, India tends to have higher prices when compared to the US.

In addition, shopping directly from Amazon in the US has its disadvantages. What would you do if the product stops working after 10 days? or if it arrives broken? You will be responsible for shipping it back and the warranty's may not even be available as clearly outlined by Amazon in the terms and conditions. You also can't do CASH ON DELIVERY, which covers your risk in case of a non delivery.

However, if you buy from us, we provide you local support and provide a replacement in case you have any issues with the product.

I think it's more appropriate to compare the prices with stores in India and I can assure you that our prices are much better than what you would pay at an Indian store.

For example,

A Michael Kors bag is between 20% to 30% (20k vs. 30k average price) cheaper on our site vs. at the store.
A hugo boss shoe is almost 30-40% (15k vs. 25k average price) cheaper than at the official store
A Burberry tie (6.5k vs. 13k average price) is 40% to 50% cheaper than at the official store

We have constantly been told by our customers that we are the only online place in India where they can get such a wide range of "AUTHENTIC" goods at such competitive prices.

We do appreciate your feedback and can assure you that we are working hard to bring you the best shopping experience at the most competitive prices. If you ever find a difference in prices compared to an Indian store, then please let us know and we will not match the price and but will also give you an additional discount of 15% of the difference.

We have already won several thousand customers as our regular patrons and would love to have you join the family as well. Please give us a try and we promise to give you a superlative shopping experience.
