I ordered two t-shirts for my son on 11/6/2013, using his birthday money. On 18/6/2013 they informed me that the shirts were on "special order" and that I could wait 21 days or cancel the order.
On 27/6/2013 I cancelled the order, asking how and when they were going to process my refund, they acknowledged the cancellation on the same day but guess what, no mention of a refund. Alarm bells at that point.
Several emails later and I am still no closer to getting a refund - they are "having problems with their payment gateway...."
So, I have now contacted trading standards, citizens advice and action fraud, the police site for reporting fraud and internet crime. I advise others to do the same - getting the refund is part of it but I also want them stopped as, from these reviews (and as trading standards will see) they do this often!!!
