Purchased t-shirts.had to return them one was the wrong size sent.
After posting back it took over two months to get the money refunded.
I kept phoning and couldn't get a reply because the mail box was always full.I emailed and all I got was they would look into it
I lost count of how many times I phoned and emailed.The phone calls cost me money as I was put through to listen to a taped message.
I would say they need to review their customer service and have someone manning their phone lines.
Overall a very annoying experienc.
