I am writing this review to give some hope to all of you out there, who have been ripped off by Electric T-Shirts or Stereo Clothing, who are one and the same. I ordered a hoodie for my son as a Xmas present and the money was debited from my account on 5th December 2012. After several weeks of waiting I tried to telephone them without luck. Their mailbox is always full - probably with complaints. I e-mailed them to find out what was going on and got the usual reply about the item being placed on back order. Over the next 4/5 weeks I e-mailed them regularly, generally making a nuisance of myself, and finally demanded a refund. They didn't bother replying at all and then to my horror I discovered this site and realised I was one of many who had been ripped off. I sent another e-mail last weekend, which I have copied in to this review and surprisingly my account was refunded yesterday!!
Here is the e-mail I sent and GOOD LUCK!
> Please see below the trail of e-mails, detailing the catalogue of
> incompetance in your company and the order I wish I had never placed!
> Despite taking my money on December 5th 2012, the goods never arrived
> and you are impossible to contact. In an earlier e-mail (highlighted
> below) you stated that the order could be cancelled and a refund
> After losing the will to live, I requested a refund on 17th January,
> but surprise, surprise, it has never materialised!!
> After doing some digging around on the Internet, it seems I am not
> your only disgruntled customer. All the reviews speak for themselves!
> You have 7 days to refund my account IN FULL, or I fully intend to
> report you to Manchester Trading Standards and to Action Fraud who
> have advised me to send this e-mail.
