Ordered a t-shirt on 16th September, money taken straight away. No t-shirt arrived due to so-called 'supplier delays' for over a month. I eventually asked for a cancellation and refund. Since then I have been completely ignored despite e-mails and an answerphone message. Credit card company are on it now. I think electric t-shirts are hoping people don't check their statements and believe the mail that says no charge will be made until dispatch.
