Same as previous reviews: ordered a t-shirt that was not dispatched, though they charged my creditcard. Sales department was very slow to react. Telephone line was closed. I cancelled the item but a refund was not offered. A complaint with my creditcard company helped: I've got my money back (from the creditcard company, not from Stereoclothing).
